摘要
目的:观察温针灸联合髋周推拿治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将57例膝骨关节炎患者按就诊顺序分为对照组29例和治疗组28例,对照组采用单纯温针灸治疗,治疗组采用温针灸联合髋周推拿治疗。隔日1次,每周3次,2组均连续治疗4周。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)积分、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分的变化情况。结果:治疗组治愈6例,显效15例,好转4例,无效3例,总有效率为89.29%;对照组治愈3例,显效8例,好转12例,无效6例,总有效率为79.31%。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组WOMAC积分、VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在温针灸基础上联合髋周推拿是提高本病疗效的有效方法。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of warming acupuncture and moxibustion combined with hip tuina on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis due to yang deficiency and cold retention. Methods:Fifty seven patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into a control group ( 29 cases ) and a treatment group ( 28 cases ) according to the order of treatment.The control group was treated with warming acupuncture and moxibustion,and the treatment group was treated with warming acupuncture and moxibustion combined with hip tuina,one time every other day, three times a week,and four-week treatment for the two groups. The clinical efficacy and the changes of WOMAC scores and VAS scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:In the treatment group,6 cases were cured,15 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases were improved,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 89.29%.In the control group, 3 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were improved,6 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 79.31%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ) . After treatment,the WOMAC score and VAS score of the two groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ) ,and the treatment group were lower than those of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion:Hip tuina is an effective methodto improve the curative effect of warming acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis due to yang deficiency and cold retention.
