A Literature Review of China's Supply-side Structural Reform

供给侧结构性改革是适应和引领当前中国经济发展新常态的重大创新和必要举措。深刻理解供给侧结构性改革的内涵和本质,有助于更好地推进供给侧结构性改革。通过从供给侧结构性改革的理论背景、政策性内涵、必要性、任务以及与总需求管理的关系五个方面对供给侧结构性改革的相关研究进行梳理,可以发现学术界对于供给侧结构性改革的具体推进路径存在着较大的分歧。

The supply-side structural reform is a major innovation and necessary move to adapt and lead the e- conomic development of the new normal. Profound understanding of the connotation and nature of the supply side of structural reforms will help to better promote the structural reform of the supply side. By reviewing the related litera- tures, this paper conducts a review from the aspects of the theory foundation of supply-side structural reform, policy connotation, necessity, task and relationship with demand management. It shows that there is a big difference in the specific path for the structural reform of supply side.
