阿托伐他汀联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Effect of Atorvastatin Combined with Amlodipine in the Treatment of Hypertension Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨阿托伐他汀与氨氯地平联合治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床价值。方法选取2014年5月-2016年1月收治的高血压合并冠心病患者94例为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组47例,两组均给予基础治疗,对照组加用阿托伐他汀,观察组在对照组基础上联合氨氯地平,观察两组患者血压、血脂、心功能变化及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前两组患者血压无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后有所改善,观察组治疗后SBP、DBP、TC同对照组比较,均明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者心功能无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后得以改善,观察组治疗后CI、CO均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组用药后不良反应发生率分别为19.15%、14.89%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),均未出现严重反应。结论阿托伐他汀、氨氯地平联用,可有效控制血压,调节血脂,改善高血压合并冠心病患者心功能,值得推广。

Objective To probe into the clinical value of atorvastatin combined with amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods 94 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease and who accepted treatments in our hospital from May, 2014 to January, 2016 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method , with 47 patients in each group. Two groups were given basic treatment, in the control group were treated with atorvastatin while in the observation group, on the basis of the treatment in the control group, they were treated with the amlodipine. Then, the blood pressure, blood lipid, cardiac function and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were observed. Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure between two groups （P〉0.05）. After the treatment, compared with the control group, the SBP, DBP, TC in the observation group were significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in cardiac function between two groups （P〉0.05）. After treatment were improved, and the CI and CO in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group respectively were 19.15% and 14.89%, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）, and there was no severe reaction. Conclusion The atorvastatin combined with amlodipine which can effectively control blood pressure, regulate blood lipids, improve heart function in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease, thus it is worthy to be promoted.
