摘要
本文梳理了组合型微波炉烧烤过程,分析了组合型微波炉食物烧烤不均匀性的原因。在实际开发案例中,依据分析结果并利用部分析因试验工具,优化了组合型微波炉的烧烤均匀性,获得了良好的煮食效果(着色面积>85%,焦黄度8~14)。
Process map of grill function on combination microwave oven has been made and reasons for grill heating uniformity in the process are analyzed. Critical parameters that affect the uniformity are considered to reset to improve the performance of grill function by fractional factorial design. Result of performance test is satisfactory. Grill area of toast is up to 85% and color of browning is 8-14.
