Guidelines of Creating the Socialist Political Economy with Chinese Characteristics

党的十八大以来,习近平同志提出了创建中国特色社会主义政治经济学的历史任务。中国特色社会主义政治经济学的构建当以马克思主义为指导,紧密围绕中国改革开放的伟大实践,分析新形势新问题、概括新思路新认识,同时注重从中华五千年文明的优秀成果中汲取营养,并借鉴西方经济学的有益成分。本文结合中国经济学发展实际,阐述了对构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学指导原则的认识。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward the historical task of creating the socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics. To accomplish such a task should be guided by Marxism, and should focus closely on the great practices of China＇s reform and opening up, analyze the new trends and new issues, and summarize new ideas and new knowledge. It＇s also important to draw nutrition from the outstanding achievements of 5000 years of Chinese civilization, and to learn from the relevant elements of western economics. This paper elaborates those issues in accordance with reality of the Chinese style economics.
