摘要
二阶导数高速脉冲极谱法又名二阶导数差示脉冲极谱法,是在一阶导数高速脉冲极谱法(又名一阶导数差示脉冲极谱法,FDPP)基础上建立的一种测试分析新技术。本法除具有FDPP的分辨率和分析速度较高、基本不受空气中氧的干扰等优点外,其本身特点是分辨率和灵敏度更高,更适宜于电活性较差的物质的测定。氟尿嘧啶为常用的抗癌药,目前药典含量测定方法为分光光度法,本文试用二阶导数高速脉冲极谱法对氟尿嘧啶及其制剂进行定量分析,结果满意。
The secondary derivative high-speed pulse polarography was developed for the determination of the fluorouracil and its preparation. In hydrochloric acid and borax buffer, there was a very good derivative peak at—0.07 V (vs Ag/AgCl). The linear relarionship between concentration and peak height was obtained in the concentration range of 1.0~7.0×10^(-4) mol/L. The determination limit is 7.0×10^(-9) mol/L. This method is simple, rapid and sensitive. The result is accurate.
