兰索拉唑三联疗法在幽门螺旋杆菌感染十二指肠溃疡治疗中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Lansoprazole Triple Therapy in Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Infection Duodenal Ulcer

目的探讨注射用兰索拉唑三联疗法治疗HP感染DU的疗效。方法选择该院消化内科2014年1月—2017年3月治疗的102例DU患者分析临床效果,利用随机数字表法分组,分为奥维加组,参照组;奥维加组53例,参照组49例;治疗两组DU患者时均采用三联疗法,对比两组DU患者的治疗效果、不良事件及HP根除情况。结果奥维加组、参照组有效率为90.57%、73.47%;奥维加组HP根除率为84.91%,参照组为67.35%。两组有效率及HP根除率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥维加三联疗法可改善HP根除效果及提高DU治愈率。

Objective To explore the curative effect of injection of lansoprazole triple therapy in treatment of helicobacter pylori infection duodenal ulcer. Methods 102 cases of DU patients treated in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2017 were selected and the clinical effect was analyzed and the patients were randomly divided into the lansoprazole group with 53 cases and control group with49 cases, and both groups adopted the triple therapy, and the treatment effect, adverse events and HP eradication situation were com-pared between the two groups. Results The effective rate in the lansoprazole group and control group was respectively 90.57% and73.47%, and the HP eradication rate in the lansoprazole group and control group was respectively 84.91% and 67.35%, and the dif-ferences in the effective rate and HP eradication rate between the two groups were obvious（P 0.05）. Conclusion The lansoprazole triple therapy can improve the HP eradication effect and improve the DU cure rate.
