甲状腺术后并发症应用优质护理效果分析

Analysis of Excellent Nursing Effect in Complications after Thyroid Surgery

目的分析甲状腺术后并发症应用优质护理的效果。方法以该院于2015年1月—2017年3月期间收治的124例甲状腺手术患者,采用抽签的形式,分为优质组与常规组,各62例。常规组给予常规护理,优质组给予优质护理,对比分析患者并发症情况与护理满意度。结果对比并发症情况,优质组发生率为4.8%,显著低于常规组的17.7%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比护理满意度,优质组为96.7%,显著高于常规组的83.8%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺术后,予以优质护理,可减少并发症,增加护理满意度,效果显著,具有推广价值。

Objective To analyze the excellent nursing effect in complications after thyroid surgery. Methods 124 cases of patients with thyroid surgery admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 62 cases in each, the routine group and the excellent group respectively adopted the routine nursing and excellent nurs-ing, and the complications and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of com-plications in the excellent group was obviously lower than that in the routine group（4.8% vs 17.7%）, and the difference was statistical-ly significant（P〈0.05）, and the nursing satisfactory degree in the excellent group was obviously higher than that in the routine group,（96.7% vs 83.8%）, and the difference was obvious with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The excellent nursing after the thyroid surgery can reduce the complications and enhance the nursing satisfactory degree with obvious effect, and it is worth promotion.
