摘要
随着我国国力的不断增强,大型工程建设项目在我国快速增多,企业对大型工程项目经理的需求日益增长。企业在选拔大型工程项目经理时,通常会从担任过普通(中小型)工程项目经理中选取。普通工程和大型工程项目经理的胜任力指标所占权重不尽相同。本文通过文献分析和专家讨论提出了项目经理胜任力指标,由层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)和差异分析法(Difference Analysis,DA)分别得到了普通工程项目经理和大型工程项目经理各级指标权重。通过对比分析,为企业在选拔大型工程项目经理时提供了依据。
Large scale construction projects are increasing gradually in our country, and the enterprises' demand for project managers of large scale construction project is increasing. While selecting large project managers, an enterprise usually selects them from average(medium and small) project managers. The weights of the competencies between average and large scale construction project managers are different. In this paper, index system for competencies of project manager was established by literature analysis and experts discussion, the weights of index system for competencies between average project manager and large project manager were given by AHP(analytic hierarchy process) and DA(difference analysis) respectively. Through comparative analysis, it provides a basis for enterprises in the selection of large scale construction project managers.
