摘要
用毛细管气相色谱法对辽宁、内蒙古、河北、江苏、山东等7个产地的蛇床子及其全国各地的25件商品药材的醇提物中蛇床子素、手柑内酯、异虎尔草素、花椒毒素、爱得尔庭O-乙酰基异蛇床素、O-乙酰基哥伦比亚甙元、哥伦比亚内酯等8种香豆素类成分进行了定性分析及含量测定;同时对同属其它两种植物果实进行了定性比较。
Traditional chinese drug 'Shechuangzi' (Fructus Cnidii), derived from Cnidium monnieri (Umbelliferae) was used to warm the kidney, to remove the damp, to dispel the wind and to kill parasites. This paper reports that a capillary GC was applied to determine and qualitatively analyse constituents: osthol(Ⅰ), bergapten (Ⅱ), isopimpinellin(Ⅲ), xanthotoxin(Ⅳ), O-acetylcolumbianetin(Ⅵ), columbianadin(Ⅴ), cniforin A (Ⅷ) and edultin (Ⅶ) in the ethanol extracts of Fructs Cnidii collected from seven location and 25 commerical samples, and to be qualitatively compared with coumarin principles in the ethanol extracts of fruits of the other two species: C. salinum and C. dahuricum.
