摘要
开发地铁上部空间是提高城市土地利用率的一个有效途径。结合郑州的某实际工程案例,重点阐述了地铁车辆基地上盖结构在设计过程中遇到的问题及处理方法。结合项目结构体系特点,采用抗震性能设计方法,对不同构件提出了合理的抗震性能目标,并采用YJK,MIDAS Building,PKPM等多个软件对结构进行小震、中震、大震作用下的计算分析。结果表明,本项目结构体系安全可行,可为类似工程设计提供参考。
Development of the upper space above the subway is an effective means to improve the urban land ratio.Combining with practical engineering case in Zhengzhou,the problems encountered during the design of the over-track structure above the subway vehicle base and the corresponding treatment methods were mainly expounded. Combining with characteristics of the structural system of the project,performance-based seismic design method was used. Reasonable performance goals were proposed to different components,and programs of YJK,MIDAS Building and PKPM were adopted to carry on the calculation and analysis of the structure under frequent earthquake,fortification earthquake and rare earthquake. Analysis results show that the structural system of this project is safe and feasible,and it can provide reference for similar engineering design.
