加服多潘立酮治疗新生儿呕吐疗效观察

The effect of domperidone in treatment of neoborn vomiting and nursing

目的 :观察多潘立酮 (吗丁啉 )治疗新生儿呕吐的效果。方法 :随机选择 6 0例患儿分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组服多潘立酮 0 .3m g/ kg,3次 / d,于喂奶前 15～ 30分钟口服 ,结果 :治疗组较对照组呕吐的时间及呕吐的次数明显缩短及减少。结论 :多潘立酮治疗新生儿呕吐疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the effect of domperidone in treatment of neoborn vomiting.Method:60 patients were divided randomly into 2 groups:treating group and control group,the patients of treating group were administrated orally domiperidone 30.3 g/kg·d -1 in 15～30 min before breast feed.Result:Vomiting time and mumbers of times in the neonates of treating group were much shorted and less than control group.Conclusion:The effect of domperidone in treatment of neoborn vomting was satisfactory,it is valuable to use in clinic.
