高职院校新教师培训的探索与实践——以黎明职业大学为例 被引量:1

摘要 高职院校传统的新教师培训因为周期短、内容不充分、缺少互动、缺乏针对性等导致新教师不能得到充分的引导和学习。本文以黎明职业大学为例,通过对新教师人员情况的分析和需求调查,建立覆盖各个阶段,各项内容的新教师培训体系,帮助新教师了解学校各项职能和自我调整,掌握高校教学的理念、方法和技能,提高教学科研素养,较好地适应教师岗位要求。 The traditional new teacher training in higher vocational colleges, due to the short cycle, the lack of content , interaction and pertinence, resulted in the new teachers' insufficient guidance and learning. Taking Liming Vocational University as an example, this pa- per based on the analysis and needs survey of new teachers, sets up new training system which cover each phase and content, help new teachers to understand the functions of school and self adjustment, master the ideas, methods and skills of college teaching, improve the teaching quality of scientific research, in order to better adapt to the requirements of teachers.
