摘要 本文主要阐述在网络技术迅速发展的今天,TELOS(Teaching English asa Language of Open Sources)视域下多模态隐喻和外语教学的关系。TELOS带来了丰富多彩的教学资源,也带来了多种模态的学习资源,辅助学生们更好地学习外语知识。但新颖而多姿多彩的多模态隐喻教学模式是把双刃剑,需要结合传统的教学方法,才能发挥出多模态隐喻在外语教学中的重要作用。 Approaches to learning English are various today with the dramatical changing of science and technology. Based on the TELOS, this essay aims to clarify the relationship between muhimodal metaphor and foreign language learning in the situation where the network technique develops fast. TELOS brings abundant teaching materials to teachers and muhimodal learning materials to students which help them learning English better. However, the muhimodal teaching method is a double-edged sword, only combined with the traditional teaching methods can play an important role in foreign language teaching and learning.
