目前的高校图书馆传统服务模式,存在较多不足,如被动性和封闭性以及浅层次性等等,传统的服务模式无法适应当前高校教学与科研的发展需要。如何在"互联网+"下创新高校图书馆服务模式,为用户提供更加便捷、高效的服务,从而形成图书馆的多元化、个性化服务体系,是我们图书馆人要思考的一个课题。

Under the Internet ＋ era, the service orientation of the library is to serve the teaching, learning and research activities; to serve the teachers and students; to serve the university construction goals; to serve the core needs of documentary protection; to serve the knowledge production, preservation and dissemination and use. The level of service is to adhere to the collection construction, consolidate the foundation, continuous innovation, mining new services, and improve competitiveness.
