我国发布"限塑令"遏制白色污染,到现在已经走过八个年头。以江宁区域的某农贸市场、某大型超市和某小区作为研究对象,实证调查塑料袋的使用情况。同时,从"限塑令"出台的背景出发,分析环境保护主体——人的行为,进而在我国建设"两型社会"的国家话语下反思我国的"限塑令"。环境问题的背后,是深层的社会问题。各部门的职能协调以及公民的环境行为,是促进环境文化培育的有效途径。

China issued＂plastic limit＂in order to curb white pollution, has now gone through 8 years.On the basis of a farmer＇s market, a large supermarket and a district in Jiangning,this paper investigates the use of plastic bags.At the same time,from the background of ＂plastic limit＂and the analysis of the subject of environmental protection, the behavior of human beings, and then analyze our country＇s ＂plastic limit＂under the national discourse of building＂two oriented society＂Behind the environmental problems is the deep social prob- lems.The coordination of various departments and the environmental behavior of citizens is an effective way to promote the cultivation of environmental culture.
