空乘毕业生就业力问题研究——以安徽师范大学空乘专业为例

随着中国高等教育进入大众化阶段,我国高校毕业生就业问题已然成为了社会关注的焦点。其中,作为最为热门、新兴的空乘专业,在毕业生人数攀升的同时也面临毕业生就业困难的问题。以安徽师范大学空乘毕业生为研究对象,采用文献研究法、访谈法,对空乘毕业生就业力内涵、现状和影响因素进行分析,进而提出对策建议,以期帮助他们顺利就业。

With the popularization of higher education in China, China＇s college graduates employment problem has become the social fo- cus.As the most popular professional, flight attendant in the rising number of graduates also face graduate employment diflqcult problem. Flight attendants in anhui normal university graduates as the research object, using interview method on the flight attendant professional graduates employment force connotation, situation and influence factors were analyzed, and put forward countermeasures and Suggestions, to help them obtain employment smoothly.
