摘要
丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza)具有活血化瘀、理气开窍,扩张血管与增加冠动脉血流量的作用。其水溶性成分为丹参素,原儿茶醛等。丹参脂质体,临床上用于预防手术病人的肠粘连。为了解该制剂体内吸收、消除情况,我们用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)。
Protocatechuic aldehyde in Salvia miltiorrhiza liposome in plasma was determined by HPLC. The acidified plasma (pH 4.1~4.4) was extracted by using 10% ZnSO_4 and methanol. The optimal experimetal conditions were as follows: μ Bondpak C_(18) column (3.9×300 mm, 10 μm), mobile phase: watermethanol-glacial acetic acid (78:22:0.5), UV 280 nm detection, 0.4 AUFS, flow rate 1.0 ml/min. The average recovery of protocatechuic aldehyde was 87.14%, CV=0.75%.
