根据我国现在城市化发展的现状和有关征地拆迁问题,以南京市为背景,通过结构式问卷访谈方式得到的第一手数据资料,分析大型园区开发项目对原住居民社区组织机构的影响情况,发现存在的若干社会问题,并提出相应的解决方案建议。
