摘要
目的对9个产地夏枯草的主要化学成分进行测定,并进行主成分分析和聚类分析。方法用分光光度计法测定夏枯草多糖和总黄酮含量,HPLC法测定迷迭香酸含量。结果 9个产地夏枯草多糖含量在6.81%~12.49%,总黄酮含量在3.29%~5.82%,迷迭香酸含量在1.0%~3.3%。夏枯草的主成分为多糖,聚类结果显示地理位置相近的聚为一类。结论 9个产地夏枯草的主要化学成分含量比较,差异具有统计学意义,建议夏枯草质量评价应结合多糖含量。
Objective To determine the main chemical components of the Prunella vulgaris L. collected from nine different places and carry out the principal component analysis and cluster analysis. Methods The polysaccharides and total flavonoids of Prunella vulgaris L. were determined by spectrophotometer and the rosmarinic acid was determined by HPLC. Results The content of polysaccharides, total flavonoids and rosmarinic acid in the Prunella vulgaris L. collected from nine different places was 6.81%- 12.49 %, 3.29 %- 5.82%, and 1.0%-3.3% respectively. The polysaccharides proved to be the main chemical component of Prunella vulgaris L. The results of clustering analysis showed that the Prunella vulgaris L. with geographical proximity could be clustered together. Conclusion There are significant differences among the Prunella vulgaris L. collected from nine different places in the main chemical components, so it is suggested that the conten of Prunella vulgaris L. should be considered in the quality the quality evaluation of Prunella vulgaris L.
