角膜塑形镜对眼前节参数影响的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨角膜塑形镜(orthokerotology)对眼前节生理参数(中央角膜厚度、前房深度、晶状体厚度)的影响。方法回顾性分析2012年3月至2014年3月在成都中医药大学附属医院眼视光中心验配角膜塑形镜患者74例(138眼),分别于戴镜前和戴镜后6个月、12个月及停戴4周,使用Sirius眼前节分析仪、德国蔡司IOLMaster人工晶体生物测量仪和A超检查中央角膜厚度、前房深度和晶状体厚度,并对检查结果进行对照评价。结果中央角膜厚度配戴6个月后,比配戴前变薄,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中央角膜厚度配戴6个月与配戴12个月比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);晶状体厚度、前房深度在配戴角膜塑形镜前与配戴后6个月、12个月比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);停戴4周后,各项眼前节参数与配戴前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中央角膜厚度在配戴角膜塑形镜早期有变薄趋势,前房深度、晶状体厚度没有明显变化,角膜塑形镜中长期配戴对眼前节参数没有明显影响。 Objective To investigate the effect of orthokeratology on physiological parameters of the anterior segment including central corneal thickness, anterior chamber depth and lens thickness. Methods The retrospective study was used to analyze the 74 cases (138 eyes) of orthokeratology in the optometry center of Eye College of Chengdu University of TCM from March of 2012 to March of 2014. The Sirius anterior segment analyzer, Zeiss IOLMaster lens biometry and A ultrasound were used to detect the central corneal thickness, anterior chamber depth and lens thickness of those patients before wearing orthokeratology lens, 6 months and 1 year after wearing them and 4 weeks after stopping wearing them respectively. Then the results were compared. Results The central corneal thickness 6 months after wearing orthokeratology lens was significantly less than that before wearing them (P〈0.05), while it was not significantly different from that 12 months after wearing them (P〉0.05). There were no significant differences in the lens thickness and anterior chamber depth between before wearing orthokeratology lens and 6 and 12 months after wearing them respectively (P〉0.05) and in all the parameters of the anterior segment between 4 weeks after stopping wearing orthokeratology lens and before wearing them. Conclusion At the early stage of wearing orthokeratology lens, the central corneal thickness tends to be thinner while the anterior chamber depth and lens thickness don't change obviously. The long-term wearing of orthokeratology lenses has no significant effect on the anterior segment parameters.
