综合护理干预对冠心病住院患者生活质量的影响研究

A Study on the Effect of the Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on the Quality of Life in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨综合护理干预对冠心病住院患者生活质量的影响。方法选择122例冠心病住院患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组61例。对照组患者接受常规护理,试验组患者接受综合护理,对比两组患者护理干预前后生活质量评分以及负性情绪评分。结果两组患者护理干预前的各项生活质量评分及负性情绪评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理2周护后试验组患者生活质量指标评分高于对照组、负性情绪指标评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可提高冠心病住院患者的生活质量、改善负性情绪,利于患者治疗预后,具有推广价值。

Objective To explore the effect of the comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods 122 CHD inpatients were selected and divided into the control group and the experiment group according to the random number table, and each group consisted of 61 cases. The control group received the conventional nursing while the experiment group was given the comprehensive nursing. Then the scores of the life quality and the negative emotion before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results There were no statistical differences between the two groups in the scores of the life quality and the negative emotion before intervention （P^0.05）. The score of the life quality was higher and that of the negative emotion was lower in the experiment group than in the control group after two weeks of nursing intervention, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the quality of life and negative emotion of CHD patients, which is beneficial to their prognosis. Therefore, it is worthy of popularization.
