政治忠诚是中国共产党作为马克思主义政党极其重视的政治品格,习近平总书记的相关论述是其治国理政理论体系的重要组成部分。习近平总书记将中国共产党的政治忠诚与封建社会的"忠君"以及庸俗的人身依附区别开来,从对全体党员的根本政治要求、全面从严治党的内在要求、推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业的现实需要三个方面,阐述了政治忠诚的价值所在,并提出了永葆政治忠诚的具体时代要求,即忠于理想信念、忠于党的组织、忠于人民。

Political loyalty is a political character that the Communist Party of China （CPC） has been empha-sizing as a Marxist political party.The discourse of political loyalty by General Secretary XI Jinping constitutes an important part of his theoretical system on the governance of China. He differentiates the political loyalty of CPC from the feudal loyalty to monarch and the philistine personal bondage. He elaborates the value of politi-cal loyalty from the following three aspects ： the fundamental political demands of all the Party members , the inherent requirement of exercising strict and comprehensive governance of the Party and the practical demandof advancing the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Furthermore , he proposes what an eter-nal political loyalty specifically requires in this era, namely, loyalty to the ideals and beliefs , loyalty to the party organizations and loyalty to the people.
