精神型领导与员工创造力关系研究:领导—成员交换的中介作用

On the Mediating Role of Leader-Member Exchange

文章研究了精神型领导对员工创造力的影响,探讨了精神型领导通过领导—成员交换对员工创造力的间接作用。借助结构方程模型,分析393份问卷发现,精神型领导正向影响员工创造力、领导—成员交换,领导—成员交换与员工创造力正相关,领导—成员交换在此过程中具有部分中介作用。这对提高精神型领导效率、增强组织和个体的创造活力具有重要意义。

This study examines the effect of spiritual leadership on employees＇ creativity,and explores the indirect effect of spiritual leadership on the creativity of employees through leader member exchange.By means of structural equation modeling and analysis of 393 questionnaires,the findings indicate that the spiritual leadership positively influences employees ＇ creativity and the leader-member exchange relationship; leadermember role exchange and employees ＇ creativity are of positive correlation, and leader-member role exchange has partial mediating effect on the relationship in the process. The findings are of great significance to improve the efficiency of spiritual leadership and enhance the creativity of the organization and individuals.
