摘要
信息技术的不断发展、消费者权利意识的不断觉醒以及消费者对服务要求的不断提高,极大地影响了酒店业的经营管理,为了适应复杂、多变的竞争环境,酒店自身的创新策略显得十分重要。文章从酒店高层管理者创新自我效能感出发,建立了高层管理者人力资本对创新活动和酒店绩效影响的概念模型。基于对全国198家星级酒店高管的调查数据,实证检验了假设和模型。研究结果发现:高管人力资本对酒店绩效有显著的正向影响;创新活动中介了人力资本对绩效的影响;创新自我效能感中介了人力资本对创新活动和绩效的影响。研究结果为从高管人力资本角度强化创新活动和提高绩效,提供了可供借鉴的理论支撑。
Hotel management has been enormously impacted by surging factors such as the continuous development of information technology,the constant awakening of consumer awareness,and increasingly high demand for consumer services in recent years. In order to adapt to the complex and changing competitive environment,creative innovation becomes a key strategy in the hotel industry. In this study,based on theories of senior executives' entrepreneurial self-efficacy( ESE),human capital and hotel performance,a six-ESE-dimension model is established,aiming to examine hotel innovation ability.Based on the statistics of senior executives in China from 198 star hotels,the hypothesis and model have been tested. The results find( a) senior executives' human capital positively influences hotel performance;( b) innovation activities strengthen the effects of human capital on hotel performance;( c) entrepreneurial self-efficacy promotes the effects of human capital on innovation activities and performance.The findings develop our insight of related theories and in the meanwhile,provide referential theoretical support in hotels 'innovation,entrepreneurship and performance from the perspective of executives' human capital.
