文化视阈下的“美好乡村”建设——以定远县“岱山新村”民俗文化建设为例

The Construction of "Beautiful Countryside" from the Perspective of Culture——A Case Study of Folk Culture Construction of New Daishan Village in Dingyuan County

民俗作为一种传统文化载体,其价值正日益被重视;民俗文化的教化、规范、维系功能需要深化认识。"美好乡村"由安徽省率先提出,是依托新农村建设背景的实施战略,旨在将生态文明、经济文明和精神文明的理念有效整合。从民俗文化视阈出发,结合"岱山新村"这一新农村典型,以期为"美好乡村"建设提供理论支持和策略思路。首先,从价值澄清入手,把民俗置于文化视阈把握其内涵、特征和功能,以期实现价值引领;其次,结合"岱山新村"进行案例分析,把问题、挑战与条件、机遇客观呈现,以期在此基础上把握利弊长短;最后,提出回应策略,希望"岱山新村"建设勿忘初心、回归生活,潜移默化,实现个性化发展。

As a carrier of traditional culture, folklore has attracted more and more attention. We need to deepen the understanding of folk culture＇s enlightenment, standardization and maintenance function. The ＂beautiful village＂, which was initiated by Anhui province, is the implementation strategy based on the background of the new rural construction. In this paper, from the perspective of folk culture, we offer a theoretical support and strategic thinking for the construction of ＂beautiful countryside＂ with the new rural model of ＂Daishan village＂. Firstly, from the perspective of value clarification, the folklore is placed in the cultural perspective to grasp its connotation, features and functions, so as to realize the value guidance; Secondly, based on the case analysis of ＂ new Daishan village＂, the problems, challenges and conditions and opportunities are presented objectively in order to grasp the advantages and disadvantages on this basis; Finally, we propose some response strategies, hoping that ＂Daishan village＂ construction can stay true to the original self , and realize the personalized development imperceptibly.
