基于企业异质性理论的出口工资溢价研究述评

摘要 自从梅里兹对异质企业理论开创性的研究以来,大量理论和实证文献探讨了出口与非出口企业之间的区别。其中一个非常稳健的结论即是出口企业比非出口企业支付更高工资,即存在"出口工资溢价"。在系统回顾有关理论研究与经验研究的基础上,进一步探索贸易的福利效应,促进发展中国家制定有效的工资政策与出口导向政策,并在开放环境下协调公平与效率的关系,充分利用对外贸易促进本国经济发展。 Since the groundbreaking research on heterogeneous enterprise theory by Melitz, a rich literature of theoretical and empirical research has emerged on the difference of exporters and non exporters. One of these findings is that exporters pay higher salaries than non-exporters, which means that exporters have "export wage premium". This paper systematically reviews the studies of trade and wage inequality within and between enterprises, pointing out the limits of current research and directions of future research. The contribution of this study is to further explore the benefit of trade; help developing countries formulate effective wage policy and export orientation policy so as to coordinate the relationship between fairness and efficiency; promote their economic development.
