摘要
学生干部选用是高校人才培养的重要组成部分,是高校学生工作队伍建设的重要内容。面对高校学生干部选用机制中存在时间封闭和空间割裂,在尊重客观要求、个人发展需要的基础上,提出融合性的学生干部选拔、培养机制,建立开放选拔、动态调整、客观评价的选用机制,从而为进一步促进高校学生干部选用工作的持续、健康、高效发展提供借鉴。
The selection of student cadres is an important part of the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities, and it is also an important content of the construction of college students' work teams. In the face of the mechanism of student cadre selection in colleges and universities there is time closure and spatial fragmentation, on the basis of respecting the objective requirements and personal development needs. This paper puts forward the integration of student cadre selection, training mechanism, the establishment of open selection, dynamic adjustment, objective evaluation of the selection mechanism so as to provide a reference for further promoting the sustainable, healthy and efficient development .
