摘要
互联网与教育的深度融合势不可挡,教师需要确立新的思维方式才能适应这场巨变。新技术背景之下,众多教师身陷职业角色转型、师生关系失衡、在职发展低效等困境,自主发展动力缺失。美国学者德韦克的成长型思维理论为探寻教师自主发展的动力机制提供了有力的解释,该理论指出,影响个体发展的关键性要素是个体对自身基本素质是否可变所持有的态度。相信自我基本素质可变的成长型思维是教师自主发展的内部动力来源,这种思维能否养成主要取决于社会环境中人们的评价性语言。尽管面对诸多阻力,通过合理运用多种策略,教师教育者可以引导教师建立起成长型思维。
The deep integration between Internet and education is irresistible,and teachers need to establish a new way of thinking to meet this great change. Under the background of new technology,many teachers are trapped in many difficulties such as career transformation,relationship imbalance between teachers and students,and ineffective in-service development,and are short of motive power of self-directed development. American scholar Dweck's theory of Growing Mindset provides a powerful explanation for exploring the dynamic mechanism of teachers' self-directed development,which points out that the key element affecting human development is the attitude to whether the basic quality of the individual can be changed. Growing mindset believed variable basic quality is the internal force source for self-directed development of teachers,and whether growing mindset can be developed depends on the evaluative language of people in the social environment. In spite of many obstacles,teachers can be guided to build up a growing mindset through the rational use of various strategies.
