摘要
议题中心教学法是以社会争议性议题为起点,让学生在开放民主的教学氛围中,直面社会冲突情境、深入议题讨论、采取自主合作探究体验等学习方法进行深度学习,它具有彰显学生主体地位、深入现实问题讨论、真实观点理性表达等优点,对培育学生的理性精神、政治认同、公共参与、法治意识等中学政治学科核心素养具有独特的价值。但也面临教师能力、考试测评、教学环境、课程结构等因素的制约。因此,教师的教学观念须由知识本位向素养上位转变;高考命题从知识立意向素养立意转变;议题选择应遵循由简到繁、由易到难的原则;改善教学环境,优化教学时间,实现为素养而教。
The issue centered approach makes a social issue as a starting point,lets the students face the social conflict situation,discuss the topic intensively,and take the autonomous cooperative research experience to learn deeply in an open and democratic teaching atmosphere,which highlights the dominant position of students,penetrates into issue discussion,shows the real view and rational expression,and has the unique value in the cultivation of middle school students' political core competences such as rational spirit,political identity,public participation,and law consciousness. On the other hand,however,it is restricted by some factors such as teacher's capacity,exam and evaluation,teaching environment and curriculum structure. Therefore,teacher 's teaching concept should change from knowledge-base to competence-base,and top-assigning in College Entrance Examination should change from knowledge conception to competence conception; the easy and simple topics should be selected first and then difficult and complicated ones; and perfecting teaching environment and optimizing teaching time to teach for cultivating competence.
