摘要 对沈阳市不同等级的9所幼儿园教师发放自编《幼儿教师指导策略问卷》展开调查。研究结果表明,幼儿教师指导策略的总体状况良好,且在学历和年龄班上差异显著。大专和研究生学历的幼儿教师其指导策略总体得分高于中专及本科教师。随着年龄班增长,幼儿教师指导策略的得分情况呈总体上升趋势。为了进一步提高幼儿教师指导策略水平,优化师幼互动质量,幼儿教师指导策略需要从主体、内容、形式和效果等多方面着眼,树立科学的教育理念,不断提升个人专业水平。幼儿园应着眼于园内管理制度的优化,重视家园合作及家长教育素养的提升,为幼儿教师科学指导幼儿及探索有效指导策略创设良好的教育环境。 Self-compiled questionnaire of kindergarten teachers’guiding strategies was given to teachers from9 kindergartens of different levels in Shenyang to conduct a survey.The results show that kindergarten teachers’guiding strategies are in good conditions and there are significant differences among working years and the grades they are in.Teachers with college and graduate degrees score higher than those with technical secondary school and undergraduate degrees.With the raise of grades,scores of kindergarten teachers’guidance strategies increase.In order to improve the kindergarten teachers’guiding strategies,and optimize the interaction quality of teachers and children,such aspects as subject,content,form and effect should be focused on,scientific educational concepts should be set up,and level of expertise should be enhanced.Kindergartens should look at the perfection of management system,and attach importance to the cooperation of kindergarten and family,and the improvement of parents’educational competences to create a favorable environment for the scientific guidance of kindergarten teachers to children and the exploration of effective guiding strategies.
