家训文化视域下高校辅导员职业伦理建构探析--以汉阴沈氏家训为例

Construction of the Occupation Ethics of College Counselors under the View of Family Precepts Culture--In the Case of Hanyin Shen Family precepts

新时期推进高校辅导员队伍职业化与专业化建设,需完善人文向度的职业伦理构建。家训文化是融通中华传统文化与社会主义核心价值观的精神血脉,也是中国传统道德伦理的典范。我国传统家训文化资源丰富,为高校辅导员职业伦理建构提供了丰厚精神本源。高校将家训文化融入辅导员职业伦理建设,发挥家训文化的启导价值,构建以"日常生活、实践诠释"为理性进路,以"爱的教育、价值关怀"为职业导向的高校辅导员职业伦理意义体系。

In the new period, to promote the professional construction of college counselors, construction of humanity-oriented occupa-tion ethics should be improved. Family precepts culture contains the spirit connecting Chinese traditional culture and the socialist core val-ues, and it can also be regarded as Chinese traditional ethics model. Richness in traditional family precepts culture in China can provide enough spiritual origin for the construction of college counselors occupation ethics. Family precepts culture should be connected to the con-struction of college counselors occupation ethics in university and develop its guiding value, so the system of university counselors’ occupation will be constructed, with “daily life and practical interpretation” as rational approach and “love of education, the value care” as career guidance.
