新建本科院校转型发展路径研究

摘要 新建本科院校是落实我国教育改革,培养地方和区域经济社会发展急需人才的重要力量。新建本科院校办学大都定位为培养区域和地方经济社会所需的应用型人才。应用型人才培养应坚持"学校依托地方产业,院系联系行业企业,学科瞄准产业链、技术链,专业融入企业链、产业链"的办学思路,使办学过程始终饱含地方元素、办学活动始终根植地方产业,通过实施"双带头人"制度化、课程设置模块化、教学管理柔性化、技能竞赛常态化、学生培养个性化、教学评价全面化等教学组织与运行改革,逐步实现新建本科院校办学定位有特色、专业建设有特点、学生发展有特长的办学目标,让应用型人才培养的具体要求落实落细到人才培养环节的各个节点。 Newly established universities are important forces to implement China's educational reform and train talents in urgent need of local and regional economic and social development. Most of them are positioned as the applied talents needed to cultivate regional and lo-cal economic and social needs. Applied talents should adhere to the "relying on the local industrial school, the faculty contact industry, industry chain, technology chain, aimed at the thinking of running a school, into the business chain, industry chain", the process of running local elements, always full of educational activities always rooted in local industry, through the implementation of the "double leader" system, curriculum setting flexible teaching management module, and skill contest normalization, students personalized, com-prehensive teaching evaluation and teaching organization and operation reform, and gradually realize the new undergraduate colleges ori-entation characteristics, professional construction characteristic, development of students have special educational goals, the specific requirements for the cultivation of applied talents to implement the fine drop talents of each node the training links.
