Status Analysis and Countermeasures of Student Situation in Higher Vocational Colleges

伴随着高等职业教育的迅速发展,高职院校生源状况却令人堪忧。阐述当前高职院校生源特征,分析高职院校生源变化的成因,进而提出创新招生工作、优化生源结构、开展社区教育、重视文化交流、强化就业优势、加强内涵建设等应对策略。

With the rapid development of higher vocational education, the current situation of students in higher vocational colleges becomes a worrying phenomenon. Based on analyzing the characteristics of current vocational students and the cause of the change in student source, this paper put forward some countermeasures, such as innovating enrollment, optimizing the structure of students, carrying out community education, attaching importance to the cultural exchange, strengthening the employment advantage, strengthening the connotation construction and so on.
