当前,各高校在培育和践行社会主义核心价值观过程中存在诸多问题。培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,应以地方传统文化为载体、内容和手段。提高社会主义价值观教育实效的有效措施包括:地方传统文化与专业教学相融合,地方传统文化与校园文化建设相渗透,利用新媒体加强地方传统文化宣传,将地方传统文化的挖掘、继承作为大学生社会实践内容。

At present, there are many problems in cultivating and practicing socialist core values in colleges and universities. The cultivation and practice of socialist core values should take local traditional culture as the carrier, the content and the means. The effective measures to improve the effectiveness of socialist values education include the integration of local traditional culture and professional teaching, the infiltration of local traditional culture and campus culture construction, strengthening the propaganda of local traditional culture with new media, the excavation and inheritance of local traditional culture as the content of college students＇ social practice.
