骨质疏松基层培训能力提升的实践与思考

Practice and thinking on the ability improvement of osteoporosis primary training

目的总结基层医务人员骨质疏松知识培训的经验。方法对17家社区卫生服务中心300名基层医生组织骨质疏松知识进行健康宣传教育、定期规范化培训及考核。结果培训前社区医务人员对骨质疏松症的基本了解率为74.5%(224/300),对骨质疏松症相关专业知识总体掌握情况为42.0%(126/300);培训后,约80.0%(240/300)医师初步掌握了骨质疏松症相关专业知识及诊疗新技术,培训医师对骨质疏松症的治疗规范率、技术明显提升,掌握情况达到80.0%(240/300)。结论加强基层医生对骨质疏松症防治知识的培训,能够提升基层医生骨质疏松规范化诊疗水平,对提升人群骨质疏松症的早期预防、诊治有重要意义。

Objective To summarize the experience of osteoporosis knowledge training for primary medical staff. Methods The health education and education of 300 grassroots doctors＇ knowledge of tissue osteoporosis were carried out in 17 community health service centers. Regular training and assessment were carried out. The osteoporosis knowledge health education, regular standardized training and assessment were carried out in 300 grassroots doctors of the 17 community health service center. Results The basic understanding rate of osteoporosis in community medical staff before training was 74.5%（224/300）, and the overall situation of mastering related professional knowledge about osteoporosis was 42.0%（126/300）. After training, about 80.0%（240/300） physicians initially mastered the relevant knowledge of osteoporosis and new medical treatment technology. The treatment specification rate, and technology of physicians who were trained on osteoporosis were significantly improved, and mastering situation reached 80.0%（240/300）. Conclusion Strengthening the training of grassroots doctors on the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis can enhance the level of standardized treatment of osteoporosis of grassroots doctors, which has important significance in promoting the early prevention diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis in the crowd.
