罗氏生化质控品放置时间对检测结果的影响

Effect of Placing Time on Biochemical Test Results of Roche Biochemical Quality Control Products

为探究罗氏生化质控品放置时间对结果的影响,将不同批号的罗氏生化质控血清按放置时间0h、1h、2h、4h、8h、24h在东芝TBA120-FR上进行22项检测,比较检测结果的差异。结果表明三套质控品0h检测时均在测定范围之内,质控血清放置时间超过4h,检测结果与0h差异有统计学意义。为保证质控结果的准确性,解冻后的罗氏生化质控血清应尽快保证4h内检测,不可在4h后使用。

To explore the effect of the time of placement of Roche biochemical quality control products on the results, the different batches of Roche biochemical quality control serum were performed tests with Toshiba TBA120-FR at different placing time of Oh, lh, 2hs, 4hs, 8hs, and 24hs, then the detection results were compared. Results showed that the three sets of quality control products placed at Oh were all within the measurement range, however, testing results of the quality control products placed beyond 4hs showed significant difference compared with those placed at Oh. In order to ensure the accuracy of the quality control results, the biochemical quality control serum of Roche after thawing should be tested within 4 hs.
