摘要
小学综合实践活动课程是基础教育课程改革的亮点和难点,是一门注重知识和技能运用,培养学生综合素质的课程。通过走访了解常州市三所小学综合实践课程的开展情况,发现存在师资薄弱,学校与社会支持不足,安全问题无法保证等问题。并就此提出完善综合实践课程教师考评制度,加强综合实践课程教师的培训,合理开发课程资源——家、校、社有效结合,加强安全教育,制定安全制度等策略。
The comprehensive practical activity course of primary school is both the bright spot and difficulty of Basic Education Curriculum Reform, which is a course focusing on the use of knowledge and skills to cultivate students' comprehensive quality. In order to understand the current practice of comprehensive curriculum in pri- mary schools in Changzhou, the author visits three primary schools, finding that the curriculum is not well promot- ed; the activities fail to achieve the desired effect. To be more specific, following problems stand out especially. For example, the number of excellent teachers is not enough, lacking of school and social support and the security of students cannot be guaranteed. After analyzing the reasons of such problems, the author gives several strategies as follows: setting up special occupations for teachers who are teaching the comprehensive practical activity courses; improving the evaluation system; schools being responsible for the organized training; designing courses by integrating resources from home, schools and society; strengthening safety education by developing relevant security systems.
