摘要
狄诺塞单抗(Denosumab)是首个上市的抗核因子κB受体活化因子配体(RANKL)治疗性单克隆抗体产品,主要用于治疗骨质疏松症和其他骨骼疾病。本文主要综述其近年国外治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床研究进展。
Denosumab is the first marketed product of anti-Receptor Activator of Nuclear Factor Kappa-B Ligand （RANKL） monoclonal antibody for the treatment of osteoporosis and other bone diseases.The clinical research progress of Denosumab for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis was reviewed in this article.
