精准医疗时代临床药师的机遇与挑战 被引量:6

Challenges and opportunities for clinical pharmacists in the context of precision medicine

摘要 精准医疗是根据基因组、蛋白质组学、生物标志物和社会心理学等"个人"信息实施个体化诊断、治疗,以达到最佳治疗、最小毒副作用的医疗模式。随着相关技术、理论、观念的发展和更新,医疗模式已进入精准医疗时代。临床药师走向临床,参与诊断疾病、优化药物治疗方案、实施以基因检测、药物浓度监测为依据的个体化治疗。精准医疗将改变现有诊断和传统治疗模式,给临床药师带来挑战的同时,也提供了机遇。 Precision medicine is defined as clinical treatments, medication and services targeted to the needs of individ- ual patients on the basis of genetic, proteomics, biomarker, phenotypic, or psychosocial characteristics that distinguish a given patient from other patients with similar clinical presentations.Inherent in this definition is the goal of improving clinical outcomes for individual patients and minimizing unnecessary side effects for those less likely to have a response to a particular treatment.Clinical pharmacists participated in the diagnosis of clinical diseases and gave individualized treatment, which could promote and improve the healthy development of precision medicine.Precision medicine would change the existing diagnosis,treatment model and bring a change to medical development.Precision medicine not only challenges the traditional medical thinking model, but also offers significant opportunities for clinical pharmacists.
