摘要
为了实现连续、可靠、高效的生产,通过研究铅扬尘环境下系统方案的技术要求,分析系统的工作原理,给出了以曲柄摆杆机构和曲柄滑块机构为基础的送料、取料及分选工序机械机构方案,并构建了适用于铅酸蓄电池极板生产的测试平台。测试结果表明,设计的系统运行稳定,机构动作可靠,工作效率高。
By studying the technical requirements under the environment of lead dust and analyzing the work principle of the system, the feeding, fetching and sorting mechanism scheme based on the crank rocker mechanism and slider crank mechanism was designed. And a testing platform was built. The test results showed that the designed system was stable, the mechanism action was reliable, and the work effciency was high.
