摘要
采用压强0.8 MPa、温度85℃、相对湿度97%~100%的高压高温高湿固化工艺,并采用带有恒定压强和旋转功能的固化装置制备极板。所制备的极板性能得到提高,从而制备的电池寿命延长了7.4%~8.2%,并且生产周期约缩短9~12 h。
The plates are prepared by a curing equipment with constant pressure and rotation function under the process of high pressure of 0.8 MPa, high temperature of 85 ℃ and high relative humidity of 97 %-100 %. The performances of prepared plates are improved, so the life of the battery is prolonged up to 7.4 %-8.2 %, and the production cycle of the plates is shortened about 9℃12 h.
