建筑屋面防水一直是影响屋面工程质量的重要因素,从设计水平、材料品质、施工工艺以及管理维护四个方面系统的分析了建筑屋面渗漏原因,并结合实例进行防水施工技术的探讨,最终提出有针对性的防治措施。

The waterproof of the building is an important factor affecting the quality of the roofing project.In this paper,from the design level,material quality,construction technology and maintenance management system four aspects of building roof leakage reason is analyzed,and combining with the practical construction technique of the waterproof,eventually targeted prevention and control measures are put forward.
