摘要
结合实际工程在招投标阶段的造价管理要求,从招投标的特点出发,对工程造价控制在招投标阶段的管理影响和意义进行分析,同时对我国建筑工程招投标阶段和成本控制状态进行总结,提出相关的措施。
Combining with the cost management requirements of actual engineering in bidding stage,from the characteristics of bidding,this paper analyzed the management influence and significance of engineering cost control in bidding stage,at the same time summarized our construction engineering bidding stage and cost control status,put forward some related measures.
