初乳涂抹口腔对早产儿经口喂养效果的影响

Effects of oropharyngeal administration of colostrum on premature infants oral feeding

目的探讨初乳涂抹口腔对早产儿经口喂养效果的影响。方法选取医院收治的198例早产儿为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组99例。对照组进行早产儿常规护理,试验组在早产儿常规护理的基础上,采用患儿母亲的初乳口腔涂抹干预护理。比较两组的开始经口喂养时间、完全经口喂养时间、喂养成效、喂养效率、出院时体重和体重增长速度等指标。结果与对照组比较,试验组开始经口喂养时间和完全经口喂养的时间均缩短(P<0.05),喂养成效和喂养效率均提高(P<0.05),出院时体重和体重增长速度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论初乳涂抹口腔对早产儿经口喂养的成效及效率较佳,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effects of oropharyngeal administration of colostrum on premature infants oral feeding.Methods A total of 198 premature infants admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into an experimental group and control group（n =99,respectively）.Routine care for premature infants was conducted on the control group.The interference nursing by oropharyngeal administration of colostrum was additionally conducted on the experimental group.The starting time of oral feeding,the time of complete oral feeding,feeding effects,feeding efficiency,weight upon discharge,weight growth rate and other indexes between the two groups were compared.Results The starting time of oral feeding and the time of complete oral feeding in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）; the feeding effects and feeding efficiency were higher（P〈0.05）; the weight upon discharge and weight growth rate were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Oropharyngeal administration of colostrum has good effects and efficiency in oral feeding of premature infants and is worthy of clinical popularization.
