脑源性神经营养因子与缺血性卒中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 时至今日,脑卒中仍是长期致残的首位原因,其中缺血性卒中约占87%,具有高发病率、高致残率、高复发率、高病死率和高额医疗花费的特点。脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)是神经营养因子家族成员之一,主要由中枢神经元合成,广泛分布于成人大脑皮质区,也存在于部分皮层下区域和脊髓中,对维持正常大脑生理过程,调控树突分支和树突棘的形态、突触可塑性、长时程增强作用,以及调节下丘脑代谢方面起重要作用.而且,BDNF已显示出其在缺血性脑卒中后神经保护和促进恢复两方面的重要作用[2].
