力敏推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的试验设计原则与方案

Exploration on the Principle and Scheme of Experiment Design for the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation with Force Sensitive Massage

规范试验设计是进行临床研究的基础。笔者通过循证医学理念和流行病学方法,从科研设计的重复性、随机性、对照性、盲法等方面入手,具体细化阐述力敏推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的试验设计思路,完善力敏推拿治疗的临床试验方案,减少试验研究的偏倚因素,更真实、客观评价研究结果和结论,为临床针灸试验设计提供思路。

The standardized trial design is the basis of clinical research. This article through the concept of evidence-based medicine and epidemiology method,starting from the research and design of repetitive,random,control,blind method,detailed explained the experimental design of force sensitive massage treatment of lumbar disc herniation,which further improve the clinical trial program,reduce the influence of bias factors,so that we can get the research results and conclusions more realistic and objective. At the same time,we also hope that it can provide some ideas for the acupuncture experimental design through the trial design of this article.
