Simultaneous Determination of Three components in Gualou Xiebai Tablet by HPLC

目的:建立瓜蒌薤白片中代表性成分丹酚酸B、柚皮苷、盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定瓜蒌薤白片中丹酚酸B、柚皮苷、盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果:建立同时测定中药复方制剂瓜蒌薤白片中表性成分丹酚酸B、柚皮苷、盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。每片中丹酚酸B的含量不低于2.1mg、柚皮苷的含量不低于2.1mg、盐酸小檗碱含量不低于1.2mg。结论:本实验首次建立的HPLC法同时测定中药复方制剂瓜蒌薤白片中丹酚酸B、柚皮苷、盐酸小檗碱含量的定量分析方法,该法简便准确,可用于瓜蒌薤白片的质量控制。

Result： Establishment of Traditional Chinese Medicine Gualou Xiebai Tablet component Salvianlic acid B,naringin,berberine hydrochloride method for simultaneous determination. Salvianlic acid B content per tablet is not less than 2. 1mg,naringin content of not less than 2. 1mg,berberine hydrochloride not less than 1. 2mg. Conclusiong： The first experiment established HPLC method for simultaneous determination of the contents Salvianlic acid B,naringin,berberine hydrochloride of in Traditional Chinese Medicine Gualou Xiebai Tablet. This method simple and accurate and can be used for quality control Chest tablets.
