药品分类管理制度对医院药剂科的影响研究

Analysis on the Effect of Drug Classification System on the Department of Pharmacy in Hospital

目的:研究分析药品分类管理制度对医院药剂科的影响。方法:2014年9月—2015年8月期间本院药剂科采用常规管理方法,2015年9月—2016年8月期间本院药剂科采用药品分类管理方法,分别设为对照组和观察组,均取90种药作为研究对象,评价药品分类管理方法的应用效果。结果:观察组药物配伍、药物拮抗、重复用药、溶媒选择、联合用药、用法用量方面的合理用药率比对照组高,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率比对照组低,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:药品分类管理制度能有效改善医院药剂科药品管理水平,能提高药品合理应用率,值得推广应用。

Objective： To study the influence of drug classification management system on the department of pharmacy in hospital. Methods： During the period from September 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital pharmacy used conventional management methods,during the period from September 2015 to August 2016 the hospital pharmacy department by the drug classification management method,were divided into control group and observation group,90 drugs were taken as the research object,application effect evaluation method of drug classification management. Results： The observation group compatibility of drugs,drug antagonism,repeated drug use,drug combination,solvent selection,usage and dosage of the medication rate is higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）; the incidence of adverse reactions is lower than that of control group,significant difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The drug classification management system can effectively improve the level of drug administration in the hospital pharmacy,and can improve the rational drug use rate,which is worthy of popularization and application.
