Research about Damage Assessment of Protection System of Aircraft Structures Under Corrosion Environments

摘要 为预测飞机结构涂层防护体系的服役寿命,对喷锌+喷底漆+喷磁漆防护涂层体系在模拟实地海洋环境下的试验结果进行了解析。采用电化学阻抗谱技术,结合宏观形貌分析及等效电路分析方法,分别讨论了不同紫外线波长和不同盐雾时间对涂层腐蚀造成的影响,为腐蚀寿命预测提供可参考的依据。 To predict the service life of protection system of aircrafts,field marine environment has been simulated in order to analyze test results on spray zinc + spray primer + spray enamel protective coating system. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) is used to derive an expression for predicting the service life of protection system. Morphology analysis and equivalent circuit analysis method are used to study the protection performance of coating under certain surface treatments. Then two comparison experiments have been made to provide reference basis for corrosion life prediction. The first comparison experiment has different UV wavelength and the second has different salt fog time.
